2024 Development Series

The USA Triathlon Development Series consists of five National Championship Qualifiers plus the USA Triathlon National Championship. Qualifiers are scheduled to take place approximately three to six weeks apart and are spread across the three geographic zones: East, West, and Central. Athletes may compete in any qualifier regardless of where they reside and score points to determine a Series Champion and seasonal draft-legal rankings.

  • Fort Worth Cup

    April 13–14, 2024
    Fort Worth, Texas
    A newcomer to the Series and leading off the season, everyone’s readiness will be tested early.

    Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
    Staged in America’s Dairyland, the third qualifier is flat and fast.

    June 14–16, 2024
    Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania
    Now in its third season, this qualifier has quickly become an athlete and fan favorite.

    A Series qualifier becomes the Championship offering a beach start and a flat and fast course.

Registration for each qualifier is made directly with the event organizer which are independently owned and operated events sanctioned by USA Triathlon. Entry fees, late fees, and reimbursements are at the sole discretion of the event organizer and all fees are paid directly to the event organizer, not USA Triathlon.
