Christy Lausch, Co-founder, Head Coach
Christy leverages 21 years of multisport experience, holds USA Triathlon Level 1, USA Triathlon Level 2 and USA Triathlon Youth & Junior coaching certifications, and is a USA Triathlon talent identification liaison. Christy leads the Junior Elite Women's Select Camp at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs and is a regular instructor for USA Triathlon Coaching Education's Youth & Junior coaching certification program. As Head Coach, Christy oversees Mini Cow Tri's Development, Competition and High Performance Teams.
Brian Lausch, Co-founder, USA Triathlon Certified Race Director
Brian is a USA Triathlon Certified Race Director and race directs the Columbia Association Kids Triathlon and Nottingham Kids Triathlon and is Camp Director of USA Triathlon's Mid-Atlantic Region Junior Elite Skills Camp. Brian also project manages the Maryland Youth Triathlon Series, is a contractor with Kinetic Multisports, Racine MultiSports and Maryland Tour de Cure.
Jake Fox, Assistant Coach
Jake is a competitive age group triathlete and holds USA Triathlon Level 1 and USA Triathlon Youth & Junior coaching certifications, and is a USA Cycling Level 3 coach. In 2017, Jake qualified for and competed at the [draft-legal] ITU Age Group World Championship in Rotterdam Netherlands. Jake is in his seventh year as an Assistant Coach with Mini Cow Tri.
Frank Fitzpatrick, Assistant Coach
Frank is a former elementary and current middle school teacher in Montgomery County, Maryland, and holds USA Triathlon Level 1 and USA Triathlon Youth & Junior coaching certifications and is a USA Cycling Level 3 coach. Frank is in his sixth year as an Assistant Coach and leads Mini Cow Tri's Development Team.
Kevin Levi-Goerlich, Assistant Coach
Kevin is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and holds a USA Triathlon Level 1 coaching certification. In 2014, Kevin raced at the IRONMAN World Championship in only his second ever M-Dot race, the first being IRONMAN Lake Placid where he raced to first place in his age group. Kevin is in his fifth year as Assistant Coach and assists with Mini Cow Tri's High Performance Team, MC Elite.
Anna Lausch, Assistant Coach
Anna has 12 years of triathlon experience, six of those including draft-legal racing experience, and holds a USA Triathlon Level 1 coaching certification. Anna is a freshman at Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, CO and was one of the first recruits for the university’s NCAA Women’s Division II Triathlon Team. In her very first Women's Collegiate Triathlon Qualifier Anna finished first for her team and 12th overall, qualifying for the Women's Collegiate Triathlon National Championship.
