Christy Lausch

Christy is co-founder and head coach of MC Elite, leveraging 22 years of multisport experience. Christy holds USA Triathlon Level 2 and USA Triathlon Youth & Junior Coaching Certifications, has led the Junior Elite Women's Select Camp at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, and is a regular instructor for USA Triathlon Coaching Education's Youth & Junior coaching certification program. In 2013, Christy brought the first USA Triathlon Skills Camp to the mid-Atlantic Region and has served as its head coach since.

In 2018, Christy was named USA Triathlon Development Coach of the Year. Read the press release

Kevin Levi-Goerlich

Kevin is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, USA Triathlon Level 2 Certified Coach, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and endurance athlete with age group wins at the IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 distances as well as finishes at the IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships. Kevin graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a B.S. in Kinesiology and completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Kevin is in his eleventh year as an Assistant Coach.

Anna Lausch

Anna is a founding member of Mini Cow Tri and MC Elite and has 19 years of triathlon experience—nine of those including draft-legal racing experience—and holds a USA Triathlon Level 1 Coaching Certification with a focus on paratriathlon. Anna was one of the first recruits for Colorado Mesa University’s NCAA Women’s Division II Triathlon Team and graduated a semester early with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Anna is a second-year Doctor of Physical Therapy student at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
